Quantification method for latent infection in HIV (AIDS).

Development of a method for the in vitro detection and quantification of HIV DNA using PCR15 that is even able to quantify the presence of HIV in cell DNA, whether integrated or not, and even with a very low number of copies.  It will enable better decisions and controls during the HAART treatment.
